Our Train the Trainer program and company licensing let your own supervisors run these systems after our visit, including recurring safety meetings and refresher sessions. They also practice situation awareness and management through “what if” scenarios, rapid decision making, and personal risk assessment. Advanced driver commentary trains them to say aloud what they see and what they plan to do about it. Drivers get hands-on practice with backing techniques, railroad crossings, emergency lane changes, and driving in hazardous conditions.
